Access to the Issues - State Representative Town Hall Forum
YP's Access to the Issues series is a quarterly event that brings important topics to the forefront by giving community leaders and participants a chance to engage. Our first Access to the Issues event focused on Alexander City Schools, and we're excited to announce that the year's second installment will feature candidates running to represent Alexander City and District 81 in the Alabama House of Representatives taking part in a town hall forum. Pending the results of Tuesday, July 17th's Republican runoff, Terry Martin or Ed Oliver will join Democratic nominee Jeremy Jeffcoat to dive into the issues impacting our area and their plans for addressing them at the State House. The event will be held on Thursday, August 16th, 5:30 pm at Valley National Bank's Highway 280 location in Alex City. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
